Marcella Smith

Marcella joined our Support Services team in September of 2001 and is now the Customer Care Manager. Before coming to ABS, Marcella worked in the banking industry for more than 5 years in both loan processing and in the credit department where she extensively used the BankManager® DAudit and Gulfpak™ Loans programs. She was a participant in and successfully completed the 2004 Oklahoma Bankers Association Compliance School. Prior to that time, she was in the legal industry for 17 years. Marcella is a native Oklahoman and is married with two children. She enjoys reading and scuba diving.

Gary Reed

Gary is the Deposits Software Director for American Bank Systems. An employee of ABS since 1998, Gary has been the primary GulfPak™ Deposits trainer since 1999. His current responsibilities include overseeing all updates for GulfPak™ Deposits and assisting with the compliance for the program. Before joining ABS, Gary spent 10 years in the banking industry where he gained valuable knowledge of banking operations. Gary received a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Southwestern Oklahoma State University. He enjoys sports and meteorology which are perfect for living in Oklahoma.

David Walls

David joined the ABS team in 2000 as a member of the Customer Care team and now leads ABS Proactive's Customer Care related to CompliancePro® product line. David is responsible for the conceptual development, quality assurance, and installation of the browser-based CompliancePro® as well as assisting sales staff in providing product demonstrations to potential clientele. A former student and devoted fan of the University of Oklahoma, David earned a Bachelors degree in Marketing and Advertising from the University of Central Oklahoma. He has been a resident of Oklahoma since 1989 after relocating from central Michigan and enjoys spending time with his wife and two boys.

Judy Williams

Judy joined ABS in August 2001 as part of our Customer Care team and is now the Assistant Customer Care Manager. Before coming to ABS, Judy garnered experience in a wide variety of industries, including banking. She has lived in various locations throughout the continental United States and abroad. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her three small children, reading and water sports.
