How may I change a customer number? view tips

Select the customer number you wish to change. Right click on the label (the actual words) 'Customer Number'. A dialog box will display asking you if you really want to change the customer number. Click Yes and another dialog box with a field to change the customer number will appear.

How do I rebuild exceptions? view tips

Exceptions are automatically rebuilt after a download from your host system. To rebuild them manually, right click on an area about 1/4 inch in diagonally from the lower left hand corner of the screen.

How do I move a loan that is linked to one customer to another customer? view tips

Click on the 'Link' button (the single person icon) in the lower right corner of the loan area. You will be prompted to enter a new customer number to link the loan to.

Can I move collateral from one customer to another? view tips

Pull up the collateral you wish to move. Click on the Move button. You will be prompted to enter the correct customer number for the new customer you would like the collateral linked to.

What do I do if the person who needs to fill out the questionnaire does not have access to CompliancePro®? view tips

You have two choices. First, you can add that user to the list of users that do have access, but the more likely possibility would be to locate the expected Questionnaire in the reports menu. The Report that will generate this is called "Questionnaire - Manual Data Entry". You can generate a copy of the questionnaire in PDF and print it or email it to the intended employee.

My supervisor instructed me to go to the Calendar and create a workbook for someone, however when I log in to CompliancePro®, I am unable to locate the Calendar tab. view tips

Your System Role doesn't match up with what you are being asked to do. Check with your CompliancePro® administrator to adjust your User rights within the system. To Create new workbooks, you need to be either a Mid Level End User or a Compliance Officer.

When sending a multi-page pdf report to the printer, the printer pauses after each page. This ultimately causes the report to use an exorbitant amount of time to print. What can I do to speed up the printing process? view tips
